Dear Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your café. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and seemed hostile — I received several unpleasant looks and felt unwelcome throughout my time there. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but customer service plays a big part in how people perceive your business. A friendly attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, and I hope this can be addressed so future customers have a more positive experience.

Worse service and experience ever. BLT was microwaved rubbery streaky fat bacon, smallest amount of mayo and the coffees cold, when I told them the coffee was cold, they bought a fresh one and hot, but had the audacity to charge me. They put tortillas on the side of the plate with no sauce Never ever again

Such a fantastic cafe! The customer service as soon as you step in the door is top quality and makes you feel very at ease and welcome. The staff are super friendly and nice, and the coffee (decaf option too) tastes amazing! Great range of alternative milks so brilliant for vegans, and so many different drinks to choose from! The atmosphere and music is very good and I can’t recommend this place enough! :)
