I know McDonald's is a fast food restaurant but I have a feeling that it lost alot on quality overall.

This place never seems to improve. They CONSTANTLY do not give you napkins. They serve greasy food what are we to wipe our greasy fingers on? Service is slow, they always forget to add your dips. Just check your bags before you drive away because I can guarantee something wont be in there. Get better

Slowest maccies I've ever been in. Staff had no oomph to them, some of them just meandering around with no apparent goal. I get that it's busy, but it's maccies, every maccies is always busy. Some people had been stood by the counter waiting for their food for 30 minutes. Has the same problem as every other maccies, where drive through is prioritised over customers in front of them inside the store, with no communication to the customer about the wait or why they're waiting.

This macdonald's is a disgrace when it comes to delivery orders! Almost everytime I've ordered from here my order is wrong. On this occasion one of the items was with ingredients on that I deselected which contradicts the label on the box, so they obviously do not pay attention to custom orders! Also the food I could eat arrived barely warm like it had been sat packaged up for a long time. Do not order from this macdonald's if you customise your orders!!
