I booked an early valentines date with my hubby as working on 14th. So glad I did, the staff here are all welcoming and so friendly. The room was clean and bottle of wine was appreciated. The meal we both had was absolutely lovely. Such a good atmosphere throughout. Will definitely be returning. The lovely gentleman that checked us in and out was so nice 😊

Riverside Lodge Hotel, Irvine – 60th Birthday Stay We booked five rooms for my husband’s 60th birthday and kept it all a surprise — he had no idea the rest of the family were staying too, which made the whole weekend really special. The hotel gave us a lovely upgrade to the Arran Suite, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and the bed was so comfortable I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it! Hotel has a lovely foyer and bar/restaurant area. Good parking. A wee bit outside the town but walkable. Room had nice toilet/shower but rest of room a bit tired and double mattress was way past its best in fact terrible. Nice staff. Good dinner and breakfast.

Had a lovely overnight stay here. Food was delicious, enjoyed the complementry wine. Had some tasty cocktails. Breakfast was really nice, shame they ran out of pastries quite early on during breakfast service. Staff were nice and very approachable. Plenty of room in the hotel room. Lovely views from the windows. Some furniture in rooms a wee bit dated but didnt affect the stay whatsoever. Would defo visit again. Xx
