Visited this Taco Bell today at around 14:15 and the conditions were unacceptable. The staff were shouting at each other across the kitchen and making pointless noises, creating a chaotic and unprofessional environment. The seating area was absolutely filthy. Tables were left covered in food scraps and grease, and the floor was dirty with food scattered across it. Despite this, staff were sitting on countertops using their phones instead of cleaning or maintaining the dining area. Photos have been added to show how dirty it was at the time. One star for the pathetic begging for five star reviews. And for the missing fries from my order. And for being ignored for so long I had practicaly rugby tackle a staff member in order to collect my online order. Too laid back a place.

The food was brilliant 👏 this was my first time at a taco bell. The young girl that served us was lovely, she took her time advising us what we should order. But then her boss was very rude, he interrupted her and told her to get back to the window. It was a shame, he was a miserable boy, with a face like thunder. And it kinda ruined my first experience of taco bell.

First time going in. Walking towards door there were packets and trash around the bins outside. Door handle it self was sticky. Bathroom was filthy,, paper towles on floor and no one cleaned the toilet nowl, brown stains .Order menu machine ran out of paper. Instead of refilling it she printed order at counter. Unbearably stuffy inside and strange smell upon entering . The tacos are absolutely disgusting. Used quorn meat as they had no taste at all. More lettuce than meat. And the taco it self was paper thin it broke when ypu lifted it up. The chips were hideous, limp and cold. I'll never eat
