Our family’s first time eating at a Prezzo. I have to say it was a very enjoyable evening. We got mostly great service. The restaurant was pretty busy. I don’t feel there were enough servers so it took a while to get the food and a while to get in our 1st and 2nd drinks. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Dessert was lovely too. We would definately eat here again. The slow service was my only gripe but the servers themselves were great. I just think they were rushed off their feet this particular night.

We (a family of 7) visited our local Prezzo in Kettering on 21/3/26. We'd had many great experiences there in the past (my birthday last summer and just last month for Valentine's Day), and both food and service quality has always been outstanding. I'm a regular long time Club Prezzo member too. As a result, we decided to have another family meal and it was for my daughter's 12th birthday. We took our grandchildren for lunch as a treat as we hadn’t been for a while and Prezzo is always a favorite. In all it did not disappoint in terms of food although the children’s spaghetti and meatballs was extremely dry with barely any sauce on spaghetti. I had the Marry Me pasta and although tasty, i was only given 2 pieces of chicken but plenty of sun-dried tomatoes. For me the disappointment on behalf of the children was the ice cream sundaes. At a cost of £4 each they were expecting a delightfully layered dessert. The waiter advised there were no strawberries so we expected more banana.
