It's the first time been to the Costa Coffee In Kidderminster, found it so easy to park by it .it's very nice place to have a great coffee and sit down, the food is delicious Atmosphere is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We met lady in there and is 97 years old see looked good for age ,the staff seem to know her well .we will call in again when we visit Kidderminster again.

Reluctant first time review for Costa. We visited this location yesterday (on 27th January) around 4:30 pm. We were served our drinks in take away cups (without given a choice or explanation) even though we sat inside, along with other few customers who also had take away cups sat within. There was a lady already sat down with a young child who was evidently disabled/of the autism spectrum, and both talking bit louder than your average guest, seemingly reciting nursery rhymes and most likely, what it appeared, enjoyed their stay. A nice big store, friendly staff and pukka coffee ☕ A quick stop 🛑/takeaway today, flat white with the ultimate blend milk. The staff were really friendly and sorted my order with expertly timed precision, just what you would expect from Costa. The store was clean and tidy.
