I wanted to say what a great M&S. We popped in the other day. My mum needed some assistance and Karen was super helpful. She sorted mum a wheelchair and was really friendly, accommodating! Also staff on till were great!!

For the second time I have walked away from the café. Today I wanted the Tomato Basil soup. I was told the soups had finished. Why advertise them then? Luckily for M&S I spent 250 Quid elsewhere in the store. But to hell with the cafe.

On arrival my mother and I were greeted with warmth and exceptional customer service from Sparks representative Tracey (I hope spelt correctly) the moment I stepped into Kidderminster Weavers Wharf Marks and Spencer on the morning of Saturday, 09/05/2026 that I regret to say we had not received anywhere else for quite some time. I would like to give a big thanks to Tracey, who seemed to work tirelessly to look after us both explaining along the way to non-technical people in great detail how we can access digital Sparks wallet which is a “game changer”. No longer made to feel wanted as a customer. Even when the till is not queing you are pushed into using self service and the person demonstraiting how to use it has problems using it themself. I watched this with a lady who just wanted to pay for her goods and felt sorry for her. It was close to bullying the customer.
