I have passed this place many a time, and finally last night we booked and went for food. The table for 2 was placed right in the middle of the room, table was a little wobbly, but it was ok. We ordered starters of calamari, halloumi, and garlic bread. The calamari was great not stringy at all. Big pieces of halloumi, and garlic bread had a slight kick of spice too. It was really good. We ordered the chicken skewers for mains. This did not disappoint either. Very juicy chicken, not dry at all. I have had several nights out at Zest this year and they have been great every single time. The food here is amazing, the staff are so lovely and attentive. Nothing is rushed, you can stay all evening and even better on live music nights. Lots of laughs, dancing and all round great evening. Cocktails 2-4-1 before 7pm and they are so good. Baby Guinness soooo good too! What a gem of a restaurant on Hanham high street 👌

Always first class service " with a smile". The food is excellent as is the two for one cocktails. The rump of lamb melted in my mouth , the sirloin steak was absolutely gorgeous as was the pork belly . All the food we have tried at Zest so far has been amazing.
