Been with kids, Sunday lunch 1pm. Luke really understaff, two managers and two crew, pretty busy but guys did great job. Fresh food, fast served and one of managers find time to wipe table for us even if I want to do it myself seeing how busy they are.

I have come here every Monday for the last 6 weeks at 4:30pm and have been unable to have ice cream. This service should be available at this time. The usual excuse is machine is getting cleaned!! Is it poor management that this task is carried out at a prime time and not late evening or first thing in the morning????? ☹️☹️☹️

I've been on a strict diet for a year. Decided on a wee treat with my sister... Wish I hadn't bothered. Cheeseburger meal.... The burger was smaller than my palm (luckily I'm dieting) chips were cold. Waited so long to have a McDonald's again and it was so disappointing... Least I won't be craving for another one 🤣🤣 Was hungry 20 minutes later. And don't believe the 1 in 4 monopoly tickets are a winner... We had 4... No winner, 😁🙄

We came here in a bit of desperation because a family member needed to get groceries and I usually avoid this McDump where possible. But kids need fed a hot meal. This pile of trash had been sitting on that table in the picture for about 30 mins. I cleared trash off the other table (most of the tables had trash on them) I sat at with my son and made a point of dumping the tray of trash that was on the table at the counter- the bins were overflowing and had trash piled high on top so no where else to put the tray of trash.
