This did not disappoint. It was my introduction to Scottish Chinese food, and it was fast, flavourful, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, and the arcade machine added a fun touch, I even ended up winning something. In a world where grey soulless minimalism has become the norm I really appreciated the restaurant’s personality and charm. It may not be everyone’s style, but I appreciated that it had one. The woman running the establishment was especially friendly and left a lasting impression on my visit.

My teenage daughter wanted to visit after hearing about it on social media, so we took a jaunt to Kirkcaldy on a sunny Saturday for a late lunch. At around 2pm, we were the only customers, and the member of staff who served us was polite and friendly. My husband and I each ordered the traditional chow mein, and our daughter had the deep fried pizza slices and chips. We also had Malteser and Oreo milkshakes! As soon as you walk inside, it’s absolutely freezing compared to outside even. Woman took a groups order in front of us then walked in the back room after seeing us… had to press the bell to get her back. Came out with a dirty attitude from the start, tried ordering the mega wrap to each item I wanted being told I was wrong and it wasn’t in the wrap. Because she misheard what we wanted and she denied it was her and was us. just damn rude with attitude for no reason, The group in front tried to help but again attacked for no reason. Walked out as I won’t support a business like this.
