Absolutely blown away by Murger Han at Elephant & Castle! This spot serves some of the best Xi’an noodles I’ve had in London. We tried their signature bone marrow noodles, and the roasted marrow was next-level—creamy, smoky, and so flavorful. The hand-pulled noodles had the perfect chewy texture. We also got the tomato egg noodles, which were light, tangy, and perfect for a warm day. 10/10 will be back!

The food and service is amazing!!! I am Chinese myself and honestly this is so authentic. It really got that northwestern Chinese flavour to it. I got the pork rib noodles and the thin sliced beef. If you are a meat lover, I would deff recommend these two dishes. This ship also have a lot of seatings so could deff seat bigger group as well.

Their bone marrow noodles stole the show—those slow-roasted marrow bones were packed with umami, and mixing the rich marrow into the chewy biangbiang noodles was pure magic. The tomato and egg noodle dish was a refreshing pick too, with bright, tangy flavors that balanced out the heavier dish. Super authentic, quick service, and great value. Highly recommend both dishes!
