I ordered from the lunchtime special and chose the croquettes filled with chicken, cheese and herbs plus the spiced basque sausage fried in red wine. It was served with bread and alioli. It was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful. Not too busy when we went in but you could tell it can get busy. Not cheap but it’s definitely worth the extra £££ if you want a nice meal in Lincoln. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Amazing meal at Olivares today, we went for the set meal option and it was more than enough for two of us. The dishes were served quickly and each one was faultless. Our favourites were the croquettes and the mushrooms in a creamy sauce (not pictured). We also tried the calamari which was so light and perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back!
