Not reviewing for food or drinks quality. Thats like any other starbucks but the customer service and cleanliness. Horrible customer service no table manners and clean us we had to sit on a side table because we have got pushchairs for babies. And this was the table we had to sit, despite asking them to clean the table they were short staffed so we had to sit on this table and had to clean this ourselves

I came in with my son on Saturday 17th at 2.20pm, my son is fussy with food due to his autism and the gentleman that served us took the time to find his favourite teddy biscuit, as they were none on display, and put my son's name on the order. He was genuinely lovely and really took the time to acknowledge us. Thank you.

Disappointing as normally visit the nearby Tritton Road branch. Staff didn't seem bothered and more interested in their own conversation. Not just when serving me but with other customers. Behind the counter was a tip and very messy. Out of the staff control but the floor looks shocking. Very worn and grubby. Not the normal standard of a Starbucks outlet. Maybe we're spoilt with having two other, more modern looking outlets in Lincoln. Wouldn't rush back here.
