Absolutely disgusting experience at KFC Lisburn. The toilets were in an unacceptable state. My child urgently needed to use them, but I genuinely couldn’t allow it because of how dirty they were. There was visible grime and buildup around the seat and hinges—this clearly wasn’t just a bit of end-of-day mess, but something that hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
