Had lovely time staff night out! Dan was amazing server but it still was quet busy time so need to wait for food and drinks ( don't be mad about it its take time) sirloin tasted like gamon.. but the rest was great. Waiting time is like 10-15 min for food and drinks on Sunday so be patience 🙏 staff is busy! I went to the bar for extra drinks ! We were really looking forward to trying a good steak at Miller & Carter Albert Dock, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We ordered our steak well done, yet it was served undercooked and quite chewy, despite waiting around 40 minutes. The service — and most importantly, the main reason we came — was terrible. We had to wait to be seated even though there were free tables, and when we explained that the steak was not what we expected, the waiter did not apologize. Loved the place, the floors could do with a really good deep clean though and some high level dusting, toilets need a refurb toilet flush broken, pedal bin missing the pedal, just seems a bit on edge now and looking tired. Shannon the server was ace, she was very attentive and it made our experience even better - food was a good temperature and enough portion size and tasty - they have reduced the lettuce portion size by at least a quarter - favourite bit as well - don’t think it’s got anything to do with the oil crisis I hope - the drinks have more crushed ice in them than what the eskimo sel
