First time to London, second Tortilla visited. Ordered a protein bowl and a chicken quesadilla. Both meals were flavorful. Bowls and burritos are definitely the way to go, as the quesadilla in my opinion was smaller than we have in the States. Excellent atmosphere. Quite busy during peak times. We managed to come before the rush, so there was no wait time. Quiet nice. Highly recommend!

Today's event must have killed them. Huger respect to entire team working there, I wouldn't last long doing what they do. Food was ok, I didn't expect true Mexican flavours but it's good enough to kill a smaller hunger. I like tortilla they use, nice texture. Good looking store, high celling and seats upstairs. I can only imagine it can get busy in this area.

I visited the Tortillas Charing Cross branch yesterday evening with a friend for dinner. We ordered a burrito bowl and nachos, and everything was great. The customer service was excellent. the staff member who served us did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile. When a colleague who seemed new didn’t prepare the nachos correctly, he immediately stepped in and personally brought the corrected order to our table. It genuinely made us feel well taken care of. Unexpectedly tasty! We went there for a quick lunch while sightseeing London. Didn’t expect a lot, yet the food was really tasty and fresh. We had a bowl, nachos and tacos. Nice variety of ingredients and the staff were so understanding and patient with us! Thank you!
