Great experience. The staff were very friendly and everything was prepared quickly. Our order was complete, nothing was missing. The place was clean and well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. We were dining as a family of four and everything went smoothly. No complaints at all, only positive impressions. Highly recommended

Ordered from McDonald’s from the McDonald’s app, food arrived and was missing a big arch burger. Went to McDonald’s to get the burger with the receipt that had the burger on it. After speaking to a worker the manager came through and instead of apologising and giving us the burger we were missing which we have paid for as a meal, she instead decided to argue saying to go through uber. Through previous experiences, I have gone through uber and still missing £35 from an order that was cancelled on their end telling me to go through uber and this got me no where. Place was empty but still took 10 minutes to get my order. Every time I go in there the place is freezing cold and they wonder why its always so dead. Dont have high expectations for any mcdonalds but this was awful

I had an awful experience at McDonald’s recently. I placed my order, paid for it, and then was told I couldn’t have my food unless I paid again! I showed proof of payment, but the staff still refused to give me what I ordered. I absolutely refused to pay twice for the same meal. It’s completely unacceptable to take someone’s money and then deny them their food. I left without my order and without a refund. I’m extremely disappointed — this isn’t what I expect from such a big company. I’ll be thinking twice before going back to McDonald’s after this experience.
