I came from Spain to spend two days in Manchester and I absolutely loved this café. The atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the service from Arman. He is incredibly friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. I will definitely come back.

Wanted a strawberry and vanilla iced matcha, wasn’t sure if they still do them due to the festive period new drinks so I asked the guy at the counter. He was very snappy, gave me attitude with his reply and was very rude. Didn’t look like he wanted to be there, felt very uncomfortable being served in this manner especially as I haven’t been to this Cafe Nero before, I will definitely not be coming back and will go ahead and put in a complaint. Caffè Nero is one of the cafes I love to visit weekly, especially this branch. I enjoy sitting in Nero to drink my coffee in peace. My husband has loved their chai latte for a long time and says it is unmatched. They also have delicious sandwiches that I haven’t found in other cafes. In my opinion, Nero is the best cafe in the UK.
