Arrived 30 minutes before closing time. The restaurant was empty and the staff had begun their cleaning up routine. They were attentive and sorted out order as expected. No other customers came in whilst we were there so had the place to ourselves. It was lovely and quiet, something you cannot often say about a Costa Coffee shop. After a long drive the staff were welcoming and the drinks were good. If I return to Margate, I will come back. Thank you for a great experience

Do NOT waste your time here😡 If you go to Costa, keep an eye out for a blonde girl named Sophie, as she takes photos of customers with her other co-workers and laughs at it after. Despicable behaviour, and handing in a complaint about this has not resulted in anything. Save your money and dignity, along with your health as none of the workers can clean and or do their job.

Staff not interested in customers, although pleasant enough. A queue was starting, 3-4 staff chatting out the back, one came through to serve. Coffee machine, staff uniform, and floors behind the counter, disgustingly filthy. Lots of tables free, all cluttered with dirty crockery. Coffee was awful, undrinkable. Many people comment that there are always lots of table free, no surprise there! I only went in because the coffee shop opposite was packed, it's always busy. Costa may want to ask themselves why!

Absolutely horrible customer service.To add to this, concerned as a customer considering one of the workers was chatting inappropriately to what seemed to be nothing older than a seventeen year old when she herself looked to be in her mid or late twenties. She also brought him around the back. A report has been made, however, to my knowledge, nothing came of it.
