Ordered via the McDonald's app, received a completely different bag with my receipt on it. Contacted them, was told to get a refund through the app. Tried that to be told by them that because the receipt on the bag is my receipt as far as they are concerned I got my order and McDonald's policy doesn't allow a refund. Called the branch back and the female manager said "well it's not my problem", so I said well I'd like to complain about whoever packed my order, I'd also like their name to report to headquarters. She put the phone down on me, I called back and she wouldn't answer the phone. Cont

As always the food at the Nelson branch was lovely,. It would be great if they could get things together with the correct allocation of man hours used more efficiently. The staff are always friendly, but shift managers and floor managers need to get their act together. Shame really because the Nelson branch is the by far better than other restaurants within 12 miles.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a 0 star review. If I could, I would. Ordered food at 11 pm on just eat, delivery said nearly there, then they cancelled the order at the last minute. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Always issues for takeaway and eating in. Avoid at all cost. Staff are useless, and always get the orders wrong too.
