The highly promoted Simple Things beer has been unavailable both times we’ve visited so we left as that was our reason for going. They don’t allow dogs which is their right. We’ll go elsewhere though as there are plenty of pubs that are dog friendly near us.

Came here for a 3 course meal and was lovely. Staff were very attentive and food was amazing. Would definitely come back again. Bonus for being child friendly 😊

Staff are fairly friendly and attentive, and their selection of beers and local drafts are decent. They are a bit pricy though at £5.75 a pint. However, the food leaves alot to be desired. I've eaten various items from the menu over the years and it hasn't gotten any better. Seems like poor quality food that they must buy in cheaply and just whack on a hot plate or microwave. Would not recommend the food at all.

Groupon deal. Several mistakes with order, which were rectified quickly to be fair. Garlic bread barely cooked, but eaten as we were hungry. This is a nice bar all the same. Had we been paying full price for everything I would have been a bit less happy about the silly blips and some food quality.
