Green king pub. New smaller choice menu. We had steak. I had mine cooked medium rare, I must say it was beautifully cooked. Melted in your mouth. Staff friendly. The atmosphere was pleasent. Would definitely recommend.

Best pub food I’ve had in a long time, yolk popped on my first egg so they gave a second one great cooks making sure the best food and presentation was served, bar staff was friendly who can pour a good pint got served relatively quick for how full the place was.

Extremely poor food at lunch time. Considering there were no one else in the pub actually eating, the kitchen was certainly not rushed off their feet to take our food out within 5 min and this was certainly highlighted in the food appearance. They didn’t even bother to cut my partner’s chicken curry, my mac and cheese had no crust over it was just warm, garlic bread soggy, not crunchy and the loaded fries an absolute disappointment as if they just throw all the stuff on a plate and didn’t know how to send the food out quicker.
