This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is amazing quality and such good value with the set menu from 5-7pm. We also had wine pairings with each course which was a great addition. Our waiter was lovely and talked us through the different choices. My mum and brother had the sharing platter with loads of different types of fish as a starter and they loved it! There were a couple of vegetarian options for me to choose from for each course and they were delicious! I would definitely recommend the sticky toffee pudding and the local mead for dessert.

Beautiful little place im glad I found by complete accident on my bike. Good coffee, excellent friendly staff and really nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful tree.. who doesn't love a nice tree? The food im yet to try but the sunday dinner looked epic on the table behind me and I'd of definitely tried one if I thought for a second I could ride home after one. I shall be back!

A must if you go to Newcastle! Been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, I go to Newcastle a few times a year and the good reviews and delicious looking food made me curious. Had to make a reservation, they are quite busy, luckily I was still able to reserve for a table inside the restaurant. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member that took us to our table. The tables are spacious, made of wood. The restaurant is big and well decorated with rustic vibes. For the entrance we got a selection of different fish, including makreel pate which was divine, some shrimps

We booked in for (my first) fathers day lunch and it was 10/10. Food was amazing, we had the pork and the lamb sunday dinners and both were absolutely top tier. Service was great too, friendly yet professional and attentive staff who were great at dealing with us and our little 9 week old lady. We were also VERY impressed with the value,, two 3 course dinners + bread, 2 drinks each including a cocktail and only coming to a couple of quid over £100 is absolutley amazing value for the quality of what we had and how much of it there was. Cant wait to revisit soon and see what's on the non sunda
