I ordered here for the first time. The service was attentive at first and I made it clear I was eating in and sat at table. The lady then wrapped it up to go after what felt a long time. Other people were being served 🙄 and getting food who came after me. As I opened the silver foil...the nan bread was very cold to the touch. The other side was barely warm. We visited Shawarma Newcastle for the first time this weekend. It deserves the 5 star rating for many reasons including how friendly the staff was, large portion of the food, very reasonable price for the quality and quantity provided, clean place although there are not a lot of tables because I believe they do more take away. We mainly tried shawarma this time but will try other things next time. I highly recommend this restaurant for a visit.
