I am not sure I'm in the same Newcastle Coffee Trader as other reviews. I have been visiting here for years and always found it excellent, however in the past few years I fear it has been steadily declining. £4.95 for an egg sandwich is not value for money. Choice of sandwiches has reduced and now limited to only four. The ham and cheese sandwich has thin processed ham and cheese with a smattering of pickle. To make things worse the sandwiches have recently changed from a tasty seeded brown bread to soggy white bread. Cheese scones are frankly tasteless. Customer service now seems to vary c

An great place to relax while shopping, plenty of space and tables. A good selection of sandwiches and cakes on offer and a good selection of coffees. Also there are toilet facilities available for the patrons. There are also tables outside for those who wish to smoke.
