The place was so calming and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Such a nice gem in Newcastle. Coffee is amazing and Richard has a very nice, friendly attitude to customers. Songs played are great and not loud or noisy as well but rather calming and hit differently. I like Arabic/levant cafes and glad that I found this. Also it was astonishing that all the paints on wall are made by Richard! Very talented, well done!

I visited this lovely venue today for the first time. So warm and friendly! I will definitely be back. I had Karak chai and my friend an oat latte. I'm popping back later for the divine looking baklava and for my daughter some of the fab looking dubai brownie. Definitely recommended!

Me and my girlfriends visited this cozy and beautiful cafe couple of weeks ago. We had such an incredibile tea, the atmosphere was chill, the tea super good and the manager was very kind with us. We were tourists from Italy and he welcomed us warmly. Such a cool place to have a laugh with your friends or spend some time by yourself studying or working. Also the pastry was really tasty. Recommended!
