I called in with 34 p7 children on a busy Friday afternoon.(12th June) I had preordered and everything was waiting on us on arrival. The shift manager shaunagh was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and made our experience extra special. She’s literally a wee superstar 🤩

Bteakfast ordered online at 10am. Delivered stone cold at 11.40. Absolute joke of a place. I have included a photo of just one part of the order to show what was served up in addition to the stone cold hash browns.

Printing money! look its micky D's we all know what to expect, but they rarely get my order right and im not ordering much. Paid for a large hot chocolate its not even 2/3rd full, ordered a double burger paid for an extra pattie, cheese, no pickle no onion and asked for red, yet again i have no extra pattie, no red but got a pickle. It literally has a sticker on it saying what was ordered. Don't bother go over to the five ways deli that or stay at the window and open everything and check, i wouldn't be writing this if i wasn't scammed to many time by this crowd.

There is an old woman who, before she takes the paper to wrap a cheeseburger, puts her finger in her mouth to wet it so the paper sticks and she can grab it easily. But then, she uses that same finger to prepare the food dressing. I don't understand why they can't wear gloves; there are so many people touching your food and it's disgusting. For example, in Five Guys, there are much fewer people touching the food and they all wear gloves.
