I just wanted to take some time to express how grateful I am for all of the lovely staff which work there, in particular a lovely lady with brown hair in a pony tail. I apologise I do not know her name but I must get it the next time I go in. She is absolutely amazing, and goes above and beyond what is expected. I see her every morning before I go to work and she is always so kind and welcoming. On a few occasions I have seen her help elderly people bring drinks back to their table and you can just tell what a lovely person she is. She genuin
