Bargan Serghei★Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. I waited around 20 minutes in the queue. When it was finally my turn to order at the speaker, no one responded at all. After waiting, I moved forward assuming the system wasn’t working. Only then did I hear something from the speaker, but by that point I couldn’t reverse because there were cars behind me. When I reached the payment window, I explained the situation and asked to place the order there. Instead of resolving it, I was told to go all the way back and join the queue again. kiera★★In the hour I was there, no tables were cleaned despite there being several members of staff and countless dirty tables covered with cups, plates, and leftover food. Whilst the drinks were nice, it was very disappointing to see how many dirty tables there were. When deciding where to sit it was a matter of trying to find a table that didn’t have rubbish all over it rather than where I would actually like to sit. Evelyn L★★Came in yesterday (30 March 2025)when I came to Northampton to see one of my friends. Ordered the new ube vanilla Frappuccino, the lady at the till said “oh I know the one you mean”. The other lady, who was making it, made me a matcha. I wasn’t aware how the frappucino is now served in the white takeaway cups instead of the clear see through takeaway cups. The only reason the staff remade my drink was because I asked if she was doing mine as my friend got his drink and I was still waiting for mine and other people who came after us got their drinks and the lady making it said you ordered matc
