I visited Waitrose Kingsthorpe earlier today for a delivery pick‑up and was genuinely impressed by the friendly approach of the two ladies staffs. I didn’t manage to get their names, but they were absolutely wonderful. When they noticed I had several bags in my order, they kindly offered me a trolley to help me out.This small act of kindness truly made my day. I really appreciate the management for fostering such a positive attitude towards customers and delivery partners.

Great experience at the Waitrose store. The shop is always clean, well organised, and well stocked, making it easy to find everything I need. Spotlessly clean and room was fine for a few days it's more Airbnb than hotel .Area is very run down but only short walk to restaurants etc. Breakfast is in cafe around the corner and not very exciting. Whilst our stay was supposed to include breakfast each day it was closed on Portugal Day so we had to go elsewhere and pay again and our flight home meant we couldn't have breakfast on the last day due to opening time.

I usually shop at Waitrose to buy good-quality fruit, especially organic fruit for my baby, and I have always trusted this store for its high standards. Unfortunately, today I had an unpleasant surprise. The fruit I purchased was not up to the usual quality I expect from Waitrose, which was very disappointing, particularly as it is for my baby. I hope this was an isolated incident and that more attention will be given to product quality in the future.
