used to really rate HFC and the service was once excellent, but unfortunately it has seriously gone downhill. I ordered over £40 worth of food and from the start there were issues. I was given three different prices, and the menu prices didn’t match the delivery price even after the delivery charge was included. When I asked for a receipt, none was provided, which was very unprofessional. The order included 5 burger meals, wings, and nuggets. The food quality was very poor across the board. The burgers had no flavour or taste, and overall everything felt like it had been thrown together with

Tried HFC in Oldham with my friends and honestly it was really good. The food was fresh, tasty and full of flavour, and everything came nice and warm. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was great. I’ve tried quite a few places in Oldham, but this one definitely stands out. Would recommend!

ordered a grilled chicken wrap and chicken wings extra spicy, asked them if the wrap was grilled or fried in which they replied fried. i payed extra £2 to have the wrap grilled as i can not have fried food and they made the wrap with half grilled and half fried. not happy as i had to stop eating as soon as i noticed.

The food is very nice and tastey. Price is reasonable. But they definitely have the spice level wrong. The spicey heat level is definitely not 'spicey' its more on the 'extra spicey' level, and im someone who can handle the spice. Other than that one misleading factor whoch definetely throws you off, the food is fabulous.
