🍦 George & Danver Ice Cream Shop A perfect start to our Oxford city tour! We stopped by George & Danver Ice Cream Shop and it was exactly what we needed—nice, cool, and refreshing. The ice cream was delicious with great flavors, and the quality really stood out. It gave us a fresh boost before exploring the city. The vibe is simple but enjoyable, and it’s a great quick stop while walking around Oxford. Definitely a lovely place to grab a treat and kick off your day!

Strange that to view allergen information, the QR code attached to the till required me to approve a GBP 0 transaction! Why? Attached are screenshots of the fishy website. The server, Sheila told me it is the right QR code though it shouldn’t be asking me to pay. Also, Sheila, was very rude when my friend requested a physical copy of allergen information and asked her again about eggs in the ice-cream since my friend can’t eat eggs. I’ve been to G&D’s regularly but never faced this sort of an attitude. Sheila gave my friend quite an earful lecturing her on how any proper ice-cream should have

For Bagel lovers, this is a place to visit. Though this place is probably more popular for ice creams, their Bagel sandwiches are very tasty. I was suggested smoked salmon and Bacon & Brie. Both were wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. Will try the ice creams on next visit.
