One of my favourite places to eat in Oxford! The food is always of exceptional quality, incredibly flavourful and prepared hot and boiling on the spot. I’ve tried quite a few things on the menu (didn’t get pictures of it all!) in the last year and never did anything disappoint. I’ve been there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even for study sessions with some Turkish coffee and ayran and it’s always lovely. Also: the staff is SO WELCOMING. All of them. Cannot recommend enough!!!

The restaurant is located on Crowley Road opposite to Tesco express. If you are driving, ample paid spaces are behind Tesco express. Not sure for Fridays and Saturdays evening. As soon as you enter, Middle Eastern music is playing and you are immediately transported to dunes of desert with aromas of good food. The kitchen is live. I came here for the Ramadan buffet and it was insane how hospitable everyone here was from the staff to the customers we didn’t stay long as we were in a rush however everyone was so kind and the food was out of this world! The food was amazing the falafel was of the best I tried, absolutely shocked with the flavour of the zaatar and everything!! Wonderful vibes, and wonderfuller food. Highlights include the za’atar flatbread, the Aubergine dip, and the dish that comes in a metal bowl which they turn upside down in front of you! 8/5.
