Retro Pier Vibes : This was our second family visit to the arcade during the Easter term break. It's a well‑maintained and enjoyable spot. Although on our first visit, three out of four ticket counting machines were out of order, which made the queues & waiting time quite long, but the staff were friendly and helpful. All grabber machines can be a bit challenging; even after several tries they don’t seem to grip, so it would be great to see them made a little more rewarding and fun for younger visitors. Fantastic pier with a huge variety of arcades and food vendors. Lots to do and they had a change machine if you have forgotten your debit card. There is also a chance to win tickets on the machines to trade in for prizes although the system was very tight compared to others

A classic beachfront pier. Lots of slots and child friendly penny shoves, and plenty of grab machines to try and win a momento from. Nothing bad to say about the pier, but no toilets were avaliable. Nearest toilet is right outside at 30p to use. Not great.
