ilksen mustanoglu cevik★I visited the Costa Coffee branch in Peterborough today and ordered the gluten-free mozzarella & pesto toastie. Unfortunately, it was so overcooked it turned rock hard and completely inedible. I asked the staff to replace it, but they refused—even though they clearly burnt it. I left it on the table without eating. As someone with a gluten-free diet for health reasons, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Special dietary items should be handled with more care.
