I get you're trying to upsell columbian coffee but if someone says no don't be so pestering about it. And because of a misunderstanding with how many drinks we wanted one of the staff was huffing and lairy. Other than that it's alright

I ordered 2 coffees yesterday and they both were barely warm. Also the member of staff who made it, looked irritated and was very slow. I like Nero, but I rate this particular shop low because of my experience.

The two young girls there were TERRIBLE!! Chatted about opening hours, did my shot of coffee then left in it the cup for genuinely about five minutes whilst standing right in front of us discussing timetables and asking if she can go home early. I literally ordered two flat whites and it took ten minutes. The young blonde one took great pleasure in discussing how boys chase after her, how she loves to go clubbing, and how ‘she’s so not happy to be at work’. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is beyond me how these people got employed, let alone how the brunette was

Caffè Nero has a very convenient location right by the Spinnaker Tower in Gunwharf Quays, making it a handy stop during a shopping trip or before a walk by the water. There’s indoor seating, though it’s a bit cramped, and some tables outside too. We opted for takeaway and enjoyed our drinks while walking along the seafront with lovely views. The coffee was good, and I really enjoyed their Luxury Hot Chocolate. Service was okay and fairly quick.
