Very disappointed with the customer service I received at the drive-thru today (6th June 2026) Mark took my order and asked if I had the McDonald's app. I explained that I didn't have it, but he didn't seem to listen and appeared more focused on talking to his colleague than helping me. I found him impatient, unprofessional, and not very polite. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and I believe he would benefit from further customer service training. A Masterclass in Customer Service from Morgan at McDonald's I visited McDonald's this afternoon and was served by Morgan, the Shift Manager. Visited this McDonald’s for dinner and overall had a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a very nice area for kids, which is great for families, and I noticed there are plenty of disabled parking spaces, which is very convenient. The place was nice and quiet during our visit, making it a comfortable spot for a meal. However, our fries were not cooked properly, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the food was as expected — standard McDonald’s quality.

We stopped there after 7 hours at hospital with a relative and decided that McDonald’s would be a quick and easy option after not having dinner or tea yet. Our order was a simple one. 3x double burgers and 3 medium chips. So my mother who I passed the bag to didn’t think to check as the order was read out correctly by the employees and was correct on the receipt. Upon arriving home.
