Popped in for lunch with my daughter on Sunday lunch time. The warmest of welcomes as we arrived! Dough ball and olives to start whilst we were looking through the menu, two pizzas and a couple of coffees , the store is how hospitality should be! We were made so welcome and will be back

My table was waited by Josh last night and he was excellent. He took our orders and helped recommend dishes to each of us explaining the pizzas with great knowledge. Served us very swiftly and even though busy with other tables he never once made us feel rushed and made the experience all the more enjoyable. I would go back to this chain in Romford just to be served by him again!!

The pizza was good, and I appreciate the effort put into making the dishes in-house. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the visit. The pesto pasta was excessively oily to the point of being unpleasant and inedible. The amount of oil completely overwhelmed the dish, and I was unable to finish it. The seating arrangement was even more disappointing. I visited with my partner and was seated at a two-person table. After us, multiple parties of two were seated at four-person tables, despite the restaurant clearly not being busy. We were the only Asian customers in the restaurant at
