⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited the McDonald’s at Elk Mill Retail Park and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and pleasant. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of seating available. Service was quick despite it being busy, and the food was hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. Easy parking at the retail park makes it convenient to pop in as well. Overall, a great visit – will definitely be coming back!

Don’t order your food here. They are giving incorrect food and missing stuff. The staff are bunch of lazy people, not bothered to work, probably with 0 GCSE. They told me to wait 10 min so the order can be ready. I went around to ask for my order and it was sitting there in cold. No one was bothered to come out and give in the parking. And they gave my a sprite with a mix of Fanta . Like what is going in there? Also these lazy kids in a grown up body didn’t give the sauce that came with bites. Disgusting 🤮 behaviour would never ever come here and would suggest other to better save you hard

Went through drive through asked for a quarter pounder with no salad or sauce. The guy confirms it back to be "so just burger and cheese?" I said yes please. I get the burger home and its literally a burger patty with a cheese slice, no bread!? What kind of person interprets no salad and sauce to meaning no bread. This what you get when hiring low skill workers
