my deep disappointment with the service my group received during our recent visit. We were a party of 16 celebrating a birthday, and the experience fell far below even basic hospitality standards. We had a pre-Christmas meal at Real Love Lounge and even without the traditional Christmas dishes, the evening was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere was warm, vibrant and welcoming — perfect for a festive catch-up without the usual turkey and trimmings. Wonderful Caribbean restaurant. The food is great; I loved the oxtail/jerk chicken combo meal. Very generous portions as well, which is great!
