Overall: ★★★★☆ Food: Neapolitan (Southern Italian) Not my preferred style of pizza so I can’t and won’t down rate it because of that. A strong four stars overall though for this Ruislip pizzeria with a decent pasta menu and open kitchen which is a nice to see. Very good, helpful and attentive service. Great for families. Tried the Ortolana pizza, which is originally vegan, with mushrooms, aubergine, onions, basil, sundried tomatoes, and olives. I added mozzarella on top and it was absolutely delicious. We also had the Peperonata (vegan) with roasted peppers, onions, and basil. The staff were helpful and happy to tweak the ingredients as my friend didn’t like mushrooms. There was no queue, though service was a little slow. Still, it was worth the wait. Parking on the nearby side street was a bit tricky. Loved this place for a proper wood fired pizza.

I visited for a birthday celebration with my family and, although the food was very good, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations. Booking the table was straightforward, and we were greeted promptly on arrival. However, we were seated right at the front under a very harsh light. My father, who has significant sight impairment, asked if we could move to a more suitable table, but we were told this wasn’t possible as another group of the same size was expected shortly. Unfortunately, that group never arrived during our visit. The lighting throughout the restaurant felt uncomfortable,
