Popped in after Grandsons Saturday football match. It is apparently one of the largest M&S cafés in the uk. Nevertheless ordering was easy using the MacDonalds screen type based system and there was a helpful person around to help if needed. The drinks and food arrived quickly via a frendly server and was good.

This cafe could and really should be a fabulous eatery. Ordering & paying was easy, the empty tables were dirty and i had to ask for a cloth to wipe clean before were could sit to eat, which i was given a cloth and disinfectant so i could clean the table and chair. The food is tasty, had brunch although the Halloumi avocado ciabatta got a bit messy. We didn't get our hot drinks and I had to ask for them after finishing our food. They did arrive shortly after asking by a friendly server. I was given a tea cup & spoon without a saucer, not ideal. It was busy and M&S clearly had a lot more staff

I ordered some overnight oats and a latte from here to takeaway, and the service was perfect. Sometimes I get a bit anxious about knowing where to wait, but the staff were so friendly and I felt very welcome :). I also got my order quite quickly even though they were busy!

Ordering is easy & food is great. But EVERY table not occupied has not been cleared. During the entire time I was here only 1 colleague was waiting for people to leave to clearing tables nearest the preparation area only.
