The service was just average. The staff weren't rude, but they lacked enthusiasm. We ordered our drinks right at the start, but they didn't arrive until after our food was already on the table. As for the food, most dishes were decent, but the Pad See Ew was underwhelming and the portion size was quite small. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not quite what I expected.

We chose Thai Orchard for a couple of reasons. We had eaten here in the past and the food was lovely, secondly it was close to the hotel and as my partner is recovering from illness it meant she didn't have to walk too far. She booked well in advance and we were both looking forward to it. On our arrival at the restaurant at 7pm on Sunday (17/5/26) we discovered it was closed, no warning, no text or email advising us....Really disappointing from a restaurant that we had previously enjoyed.

We loved our visit here. My 3 year old son was having a melt down as he wanted a McDonald's instead (next door). The staff at the restaurant were quick to calm him down. They brought him crayons and paper, toy cars (from his favourite film and let him keep them) and even said he could get a Mcdonalds and bring in if needed. Food was delicious, service very good- would definitely go again if in Scarborough again. Thank you 😊

One of the waitresses was a little rude and the “pork spread on fried bread” was far from desirable, we was also colddddd, we was next to the front door but both had to wear scarfs and I wore a beanie hat thewhole time. Everything else was fine, couple of the starters were bang on
