A pleasant first experience despite the busyness of the venue, staff took my partner's allergies into account when food was ordered and the drinks were lovely and refreshing.. food ordered were onion fries, battered prawns, ultimate burger and apple pie. Drinks were two mocktails. Would probably visit again but in a quieter period as even with noise cancelling headphones on it was still quite loud.

We came to The Brown Cow tonight (as a couple) after booking a table, and it was absolutely fantastic. The place was really busy with a great atmosphere, and at first I thought we might be waiting ages for food, but the service was excellent throughout. I had the mixed grill with peppercorn sauce, and genuinely think it’s the nicest mixed grill I’ve ever had. Great steak chef! Cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Had a great time and a big part of that was thanks to the bartender. Madison was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made everyone feel welcome from the start. The drinks were excellent. Even when it got busy, she stayed upbeat, kept things moving smoothly, and still took the time to chat with customers. It’s clear she enjoys what she does, and it really shows in the atmosphere they create. Overall, fantastic service, great drinks, and a genuinely friendly attitude. Looking forward to coming back!

I was a little sceptical dining at The Brown Cow as years ago it had a bad reputation HOWEVER that’s definitely a thing of the past!! Gorgeous food especially the lamb burger… that good I came back two days later to have it again! The Haddock was beautiful too!! The carling was the best pint I’ve had in a long time!! Service was excellent and staff can’t do enough! My only criticism is to watch the toilets, they’re were a little grubby and could be checked more regularly. Overall fantastic and can’t wait to come back!
