Lovely little sit in spot in the heart of Scunthorpe. Popped in for a quick sit down while shopping with the misses and felt right at home with the friendly atmosphere and quick service. Matty was very accommodating and cheerful with any requests or complaints solved immediately with a smile. Would recommend when in the city centre.

The outside seating here has become completely uncomfortable due to a total lack of management. A non-verbal man comes here daily, occupies tables without purchasing anything, and moves around constantly while smoking very strong, dirty cigarettes. Guests are leaving their tables early just to get away from the smoke.The staff and managers see exactly what is happening from inside but completely fail to take action. Paying customers deserve a comfortable environment, but this place is being poorly run. Avoid sitting outside.

I am disappointed by how this cafe is managed. Every day, a man who is mute (cannot speak) sits in the outdoor seating area without buying anything. He constantly moves from table to table, chain-smoking dirty cigarettes. His behavior and the foul smoke are making paying customers leave.The managers just watch through the window and do absolutely nothing to control the situation. They should politely manage the outdoor space so paying guests feel comfortable. I won't be back until management fixes this.

Great café, but the outdoor seating is ignored"I come to this café every day because the food and drinks are good. However, the outside seating area is completely ignored by management. People who do not even buy anything sit at the tables just to smoke constantly. They have no consideration for paying customers who want fresh air. Management needs to check the outdoor tables and stop non-customers from using them as a smoking zone.
