Absolute shambles with online M&S! Ordered online with the promise of them all being delivered next day. 5 days later, I call them and they tell me they can’t give me an update on the delivery!! The offered a return and refund. No apologies. Nothing!! All I was getting told was. “There’s no update”! What used to be a reliable shopping experience has turned into an absolute shambles! Sort it out M&S!

DO NOT USE THE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK HERE: I paid for an hour checked when I got back into my car at 10 mins remaining between routing myself home and getting stuck behind congested cars in-front of me to park their cars then - l must have had left 3 mins late on the car park - as I have £100 Parking Charge for a 3 mins overstay! In their own terms and conditions which I have read since receiving the (appeal rejection response) they are meant to provide a 10 minute grace period….shame that M&S would partner with someone like Smart Parking - just look at their Google reviews online…..
