The food and our server, Sarah, were great. The nachos and beef tacos were a particular favourite. The mocktails were also really nice. Only complaint would be that a service charge and service fee were compulsory on the bill, accounting for around 25% of our bill, which was a bit disappointing. We would have been happy to pay the service fee and tip, but I do feel like it should be optional! But, we shall be back again!

Allergic to pineapple - they wrote it down, confirmed it several times, and still served me a visible piece I went to Wahaca White City and told the waiter that I am allergic to pineapple. They wrote it down on the order ticket. To be extra careful, they also served all of my partner's dishes without pineapple. Before bringing our drinks and food, they repeatedly assured me that they were following their protocols and that there would be no pineapple. The service was incredible! Despite being very busy they were so transparent about this from the get go. The food came in earlier than expected, drinks were amazing and the taste of food pallets were so colourful! Our waiter was Vasanth K and he was the most welcoming and attentive person we had in a very long time! Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back soon!
