“The food was ok”

Just had my order delivered and I’m extremely disappointed. The delivery driver wasn’t the issue — he delivered it straight away after leaving McDonald’s, and I only live 3 minutes away. Despite that, the chips were soggy and cold, and all the food looked old and like it had been sitting there for ages. The Coke was completely flat with all the ice melted, and the McFlurry had fully melted too. In the end, I had to throw everything away. To make things worse, I ordered 5 chicken selects and only received 3. Spending £20 odd on food that arrived in this condition is an absolute joke. I rang up

The staff go above and beyond with anything, especially at the moment when they are helping my son collect the Mario Toys, they are really kind and thoughtful. The manager Wayne is fab, he always makes my children smile when they visit.

It's rare that I feel the need to give a 1 star review, but if I could give this place a zero, then I would. I went to the drive-through at 6 pm yesterday and ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and chicken selects for myself and a happy meal for my son. The happy meal was passable, but when I opened my burger, I was horrified to see what looked like a bite mark was missing out of the beef patty at first glance. Even if this wasn't a bite and it had been snapped off, this is still totally unacceptable to send out as a £7 plus product. It was full of too many sloppy sauces, looked soggy, and had a
