Absolutely pathetic experience. The staff is extremely rude, ill-mannered, and completely unprofessional. Especially the half-bald guy zero manners, and no idea how to talk to customers. For the same price, you can easily find much better places with decent and respectful staff. Total waste of money and time. Never coming back again.

We had a great experience at American Doner Kebab! The staff were super friendly and welcoming – you can really feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. We ordered a 5 nuggets meal for our child, an ADK Doner Wrap for my wife, and the American Doner Kebab for myself. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked, and the veggies were crisp and colourful. Our little one loved the nuggets too! Definitely a place we'll come back to – great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this place. Truly. The ambition is there. The dream of being German döner is alive and well… it just hasn’t fully landed yet. The meat was a bit meady for my liking, and the sauces—while trying their best—didn’t quite bring the flavour punch I was hoping for. I ordered a falafel vegetarian kebab for £5.99 which is ok in price. I don't think they cook vegetarian food separately and obviously mingles with meat juices and not happy with that. The atmosphere is a bit depressing in there.
