The food is good, but the service is just terrible When we arrived the restaurant was empty- there was one other table. We were told to choose our table then shortly given soup as a starter which was yummy, but mine had a hair in it. They quickly replaced the hairy soup and took our food order. After this, we only saw the waiters when we called them. We had to call them to get cutlery for our food. I visited AMA Restaurant and had a genuinely great experience. I called ahead to book a table, but they kindly told me there was no need, which made everything simple and convenient. One of the most beautiful Kurdish cuisine restaurants in Birmingham! We visited Ama Restaurant for Ramadan iftar. To start, they served soup, water bottles, and dates. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the food. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
